Classes Offered
Full Body Stretch and Restore
A gentle yoga class focusing on slow movement, stretching, and the breath to release stress and find ease. The class features a few restorative poses with the support of a bolster to help you relax even more deeply.
Gentle Morning Wake Up
A gentle movement class to awaken the entire body, with special attention to the core. We will work on strengthening the core, front, back, and sides, in a mindful way. This is still a gentle class which will touch on the whole body, just a little more intensity.
Well-Rounded Movement
A classic gentle yoga class in which we explore the breath, range of motion, flexibility and balance. A great way to wake up the body!
Gentle Morning Breathe and Recharge
Gentle movements to stretch and strengthen the body, along with attention to the breath. This class will end with 15 minutes of breathwork (pranayama) and Savasana.
