Live Free Yoga Teachers
A group of yoga teachers, passionate about sharing their love of yoga with the community. Bringing yoga into the everyday. Learning to love and appreciate life, beginning with body and breath. Making yoga accessible for all.
Living freely. Practicing freely.
Aly began her yoga practice in earnest over 10 years ago, after the birth of her second child. She sought the physical practice, as well as the time and space to be alone with herself. And from there she found herself going deeper and deeper into the practice of yoga, finding spiritual meaning, strength, awareness, intuition, blossoming over time. This is where she is at now, just continuing to learn, teaching, and sharing her love of yoga. Aly teaches to all levels, helping students discover their own path through yoga. She focuses on the breath, body awareness, compassion and connection to the present moment, things she craves most deeply in her own practice. And beyond the mat, her favorite places to be are the woods and mountains, where she spends lots of time with her husband, three kids, and two dogs, enjoying her natural surroundings, and striving to be present always!

Always an active person, Heidi added Yoga to her lifestyle over a decade ago as a physical practice. Seeking a deeper understanding of Asana, anatomy, and yogic philosophy, she completed the YogaWorks Teacher Training in 2020.
Heidi also holds a certification in Personal Training from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and has worked with clients in private studios as well as in their own homes.
Heidi describes her personal approach to Yoga as "playfully organic and sustainable", guiding her students towards what is possible in their bodies in the present moment.
Heidi teaches with a focus on safe alignment and the use of props. Her classes blend mobility, flexibility, and strength to promote a healthy awareness in body and spirit.
When not in the studio, you can find Heidi outside...paddleboarding in summer, snowshoeing in winter, or anytime of year in the beautiful White Mountains of NH.

Yoga Instructor RYT 200
Jason has always been physically active playing sports from an early age through high school and college. Baseball, Football, Rugby, and Strength & Conditioning occupied his time until he became a father of two. His yoga journey began later in life as old injuries began to get in the way of his traditional exercise routines. Yoga unlocked a different level of strength and mobility but more importantly a level of spiritual awareness and mindfulness he hadn't yet experienced. Jason enjoys the gentle and restorative yoga modalities and is drawn to the faster and sweatier practices of Vinyasa and Power yoga where attention is on synchronizing breath and movement. Outside of the yoga studio Jason enjoys being in nature with his family and riding his Harley on the winding backroads of New England.

Katy M.
Yoga Instructor RYT 200
Katy discovered yoga at 16, initially drawn to the physical practice, and over time, she found a deeper connection to her mind and spirit through the practice. Throughout the years Katy has been guided and supported by yoga, prompting her to share its transformative power with others. After initially receiving an online certification, Katy’s desire for deeper knowledge led her to complete a 200-hour YogaWorks certification. In her classes, she emphasizes proper alignment and body awareness, encouraging students to explore their physical practice while fostering mental focus and breath regulation. Katy creates an open and supportive space where students can calm their minds, connect with their breath, and find strength and presence in their mats.

I have been practicing yoga since I was six and teaching since 2020. I teach with a balance of strength, softness, and humor, offering space for students to explore, grow, and feel at home in their bodies. Whether you’re stepping on the mat for the first time or deepening a lifelong practice, my goal is to create a space where you feel welcome, seen and empowered. Outside of the studio and teaching yoga, I am a runner, cook, traveler and friend. I am deeply grateful to be a part of the Live Free Yoga community.

Yoga has been my lifelong anchor—a place of sanctuary, celebration, and self-
discovery. After years in the corporate finance world, I found my true calling in teaching yoga,
completing my 500-hour advanced certification in 2017. I believe yoga belongs to all of
us without regard to physical ability, age or background. It meets us exactly where we
are and lovingly reminds us that we do not need to fix or change anything. We are
already whole, worthy, and complete just as we are.
When you come to my class you can expect functional, mindful and playful practices
that are a joyful exploration of movement, leaving you feeling stronger, calmer and more
at home in your body. I strive to create an environment of acceptance and connection,
where we can move, breathe, and support each other in community.

Stephanie C.
Structural Integration and Movement Teacher
Stephanie began her yoga and movement journey in 2008 because she wanted to learn how to feel more centered and relaxed with in her body. This exploration led to studying Athletic Training where she would learn how to help others who had suffered from injury heal within the body. After receiving her Master’s in Athletic Training in 2017, Stephanie wanted to dive deeper into restoring functional movement. She found Tom Myers of Anatomy Trains and received her Certification in Structural Integration in 2021. Stephanie likes to think of Structural Integration as Spatial Medicine, a way to unwind poor postural habits that have been set in the body from injury, habit, growth and development or job setting. Through her training Stephanie has developed a movement class that incorporates corrective exercise, proper functional movements of the spine, breath, fascia and gait to create resilience in the body. Stephanie enjoys cross country skiing, learning dance, yoga, hiking, swimming and playing soccer. Stephanie has recently moved to Londonderry from Maine and is grateful to be back in her home town.
