The healing vibrations of sound will guide you on a journey of stillness, bringing a pause to distraction and routine, and helping you to reconnect with a sense of inner calm. Please bring a yoga mat, a pillow, and anything else you'll need to ensure comfort. It is also recommended to dress in warm layers, as the body often cools down during stillness.
About the Practitioner:
Daniel O'Dowd is a sound bath practitioner and has been certified as a Vibrational Meditation Practitioner since July 2025. He founded his company, Sound of the Soul, in January 2025 and is dedicated to practicing sound therapy to help people find inner peace and a deeper connection with their soul.
