Live Free Yoga is currently operating out of one half of the furniture shop Tom and Chickpea in Derry. The space is small and intimate, with an ever-changing vibe, depending on the selection of furniture and decor in the shop. It is a special space, full of natural light and color, where you can feel completely natural and at home in your yoga practice.

In addition to teaching in this space, Aly Grgurovic also teaches at Auria Wellness in Merrimack NH. She has previously taught at as well as at the YMCA in Manchester, and the Zoo in Derry. She has also taught at YogaBalance in Manchester (prior to its closure) as well as at Humble Warrior in Manchester. She earned her 200hr RYT from Katherine White of YogaBalance and has been teaching yoga since 2020. In addition to her 200hr RYT, Aly is also certified in Restorative Yoga (Katie O’Connell-Dragonfly Yoga Barn) and Reiki I and II Usui Holy Fire Reiki III (Jeffrey Warren-Auria Wellness).

Live Free Yoga is transitioning out of the space at Tom and Chickpea and into the studio space at 3 Rockingham Rd Suite 2201, Londonderry NH. Expect beautiful new surroundings, but the same mindful compassionate yoga practice and environment you’ve come to love!
