This is a gentle, grounding all-levels yoga movement session, followed by a short breathwork session and a guided Savasana (the final resting pose). The yoga will focus on stretching for the shoulders, hips and low back, we will stay low to the ground, mostly on our backs and seated throughout the practice. This is a deeply relaxing class, to let go of stress and reconnect to the self.
Props are provided in studio. There are a small number of yoga mats for use, but it is recommended you bring your own mat if you have one!
